Develop - Outline, Create and test the solution

Implement - Communicate and apply the solution (and certify participating individuals at the end of training)

Evaluate - Assess the effectiveness (of the learning gathered by the participating individuals)

The emphasis during the training sessions will be on interactive learning through role-plays, activities, discussion, tests & quizzes.
