Beenu Kumar Taneja received his early education at a prestigious school in Delhi. During his Graduation, He started working as a representative in an MNC but with the quest for achieving something in life made him take the escalator of success and reached a senior position in no time. During his journey, he worked with various companies like IGSL, Wipro, HCL, Dell Inc., Hero Mindmine etc. and has received many awards. Starting from a base level and reaching the Present Stage clearly demonstrates the fire and the passion in him. He is a distinguished Motivator and He is outstanding in his services as a Facilitator, Guide, Manager and Counselor. An MBA by Education, he carries a Strong and a Safe head guarded background in Certified Risk Management and Compliance Training. He was also awarded as a Resolution Champion by Dell Inc. for his steady, strategic and far sighted Decision Making ability.

He has been actively involved in counseling various students and working professionals and has organized over 85 counseling campaigns and has benefitted different people and their families across India. He is a certified THETA & REIKI Healer.

He has trained over 1,00,000 personnel adults in the Art and Craft of Public Speaking, Grooming, Employability Enhancement and various other soft skills programs. He has a mission to help all the humans to become proficient and effective communicators.
